Shipping

1. All orders are shipped USPS with tracking (tracking is available for US and Canada)
2. All orders are shipped within 14 business days of the order being placed unless otherwise specified in the item description
3. We ship in the domestic US, Canada, UK, Germany, and Australia
4. Shipping prices are based on geographic region and the weight of the item

Damaged or missing items and returns

1. Every item we sell is handmade. At this time all sales are final and items cannot be returned or exchanged
2. If your order is damaged or missing items you have our commitment to work with you to make it right. Please email us at spookspirations@gmail.com within 48 hours with a description of the issue and photos so we can work on a solution.

Item Details

1. Each of our items includes a description that outlines what the product is made of
2. All earrings are made with hypoallergenic earring hooks or posts
3. Resin items are properly cured completely for at least one week before we make them available for purchase/shipment. This ensures the product is safe and durable.
